Where it lives
Affiliates in the left sidebar of the web app. In the mobile app the same screen sits under Settings → Affiliates.
The program belongs to a company, not to a person. If your account holds more than one company, the commissions belong to the one that was active when you activated, and that is the one whose payout details apply. It is worth being deliberate about which company you activate from, because a commission ledger cannot be moved afterwards.
Activation is a single step and there is nothing to buy first. Being on the Free plan does not stop you from referring anyone or from earning.
The four levels
You earn on the subscription payments of the people below you, four levels deep:
| Level | Who | Rate |
|---|---|---|
| Direct | someone who signed up through your code | 10% |
| 2nd level | someone they referred | 5% |
| 3rd level | one level below that | 2.5% |
| 4th level | one level below that | 1.25% |
Below the fourth level there is no commission. The rates apply to what the person actually pays, so a plan change on their side changes what you earn from the next payment onwards.
A commission is created when a payment succeeds, not when someone signs up. Someone who registers, never subscribes and stays on Free produces no commission at any level, and the network view shows them without an amount rather than as EUR 0.00, so you can tell "did not pay" from "paid nothing".
Referral codes
On the Overview tab. A code is 3 to 30 characters, and each one gets its own link and its own QR code, so you can tell a LinkedIn campaign apart from a code you put on a business card.
You can create several, share them to LinkedIn, X, email or as a QR code, and deactivate one without deleting it. A deactivated code stops accepting new signups while everyone who already joined through it stays attributed to you. Deleting only works while a code has no referrals; once someone has joined through it, the code is part of a payment record and stays.
Only a company owner sees the code panel and the Payouts tab. Other roles can open the dashboard and read the network, but not create codes or move money.
Reading the network
The Overview tab shows your network grouped into the four levels, each with the number of people in it and what that level has earned you. Level 1 is open by default; the others expand on click, and which ones you have open is kept in the page URL, so a link you send yourself reopens the same view.
Direct referrals show an initial-based avatar and the name you gave the row. Deeper levels are counted and summed but not named. The person two levels below you is not your customer, and the network view is not a contact list.
Commission statuses
A commission moves through states, and the Commissions tab filters on them:
- On hold: recorded, not yet payable. Every commission starts here.
- Ready to pay: the 14-day maturity has passed and it counts towards your withdrawable balance.
- Paid out: included in a completed payout.
- Cancelled: the payment behind it never completed.
- Reversed (refund): the customer was refunded after the commission had matured, so it was taken back.
- Clawback pending: a reversal we have not been able to collect yet. It stays visible on purpose instead of disappearing.
The 14 days are the reason for the wait: a card payment can be refunded or charged back after it looked successful, and paying a commission out before that window closes means clawing it back from you afterwards.
Getting paid
The Payouts tab, owners only.
Payouts run through Stripe Connect, so the first withdrawal needs a one-time onboarding with Stripe: identity details and a bank account, entered on Stripe's side, not ours. The onboarding is resumable. If you stop halfway, the tab picks up where you left off rather than starting over.
After that, withdrawal is on demand. There is no monthly payment run to wait for: when your matured balance reaches EUR 50, the Withdraw button releases it. The minimum exists because a transfer costs a fixed fee regardless of size, and the payout history keeps every completed transfer with its status.
Commissions are recorded in the currency the customer paid in. A payment in a currency we cannot yet pay out in is still recorded in full, with the original amount kept on the record, and held rather than dropped. We would rather owe you something visible than quietly lose it.
Common questions
Does the person I refer need to use my code forever? No. Attribution happens once, when they sign up, and it does not change afterwards. They can never be re-attributed to somebody else, and you cannot pick a sponsor for yourself after the fact.
What if they add a second company later? It counts, within a window after the attribution. A company they created before they were ever referred does not: that revenue was not brought in by you.
Can I refer myself? No. A company cannot be its own sponsor, and the checks run at payment time rather than at signup, so it is not something to test with a second account.
Someone I referred cancelled. Do I lose past commissions? Commissions that have already been paid out stay paid. A refund of a specific payment reverses the commission belonging to that payment, and only that one.
Where do I see what I actually earned? The Overview tab has the totals: earned, on hold, paid out, and the number of referrals. The Commissions tab has the individual lines behind those numbers, filterable by status, with the page and filter kept in the URL.
