Is the free plan really free? Forever?
Yes. The Free plan stays free as long as you stay under 10 documents a month. No credit card. No expiry. Use it as your evaluation account or your year-round side-business tool.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The Free plan has zero card requirement. You only enter payment details if you upgrade to Starter, Business or Growth.
How does the annual discount work?
Pay yearly upfront and you save roughly 17% versus monthly. Starter goes from €348/year (monthly) to €290/year (annual). Business: €588 → €490. Growth: €1,548 → €1,290.
Can I switch plans later?
Upgrade anytime — change takes effect immediately and we apply prorated billing fairly. Downgrade at end of cycle — your downgrade kicks in at the start of the next billing period, so you keep what you paid for until then.
What happens if I exceed my monthly documents?
You'll see a friendly notice in the app and new uploads pause. We never bill overage. Either upgrade to the next tier or wait until the new month resets your quota.
Do you handle EU VAT / reverse charge?
Yes. Add your VAT ID at checkout — if you're a VAT-registered EU business outside Cyprus, your invoice is issued without Cyprus VAT where reverse charge applies.
Is there a refund policy?
If something is broken on our side, we refund. For change-of-mind cancellations, your subscription continues to the end of the paid period and then ends — no further charges.
Where is my data stored?
In Frankfurt, Germany — inside the EU. Your data at rest stays inside the EU. Read more on our security page.
