Matching Matching that learns
Matching now learns from your confirmations — strictly per company, never across customers. Vendors you confirm repeatedly become trusted and their future suggestions rank higher, with a hard guardrail: the learned boost never silently escalates a match across an automation boundary. The system also remembers which category you pick for a counterparty and suggests it on future transactions (suggest-only — you always accept). Every auto-match carries a "Why this match?" explanation with per-signal scores, and silent matches can be undone in one click. New safety guards: a match without an invoice number is only confirmed silently when the payment is recent and unambiguous — older or ambiguous cases are queued for your review instead. Everything the system learns is deleted with your account (crypto-shredded on erasure).

Reports Accounting reports + full Cyprus chart of accounts
One Excel workbook with five sheets — Chart of Accounts, Profit & Loss, General Ledger, Trial Balance and a financial-position summary — generated on demand for any period, on an accrual or cash basis. Tax advisors can seed a Cyprus chart of accounts with 100+ accounts, map its accounts onto booking categories, maintain opening balances and post manual journal entries — journals are locked once posted. Once an advisor maintains the ledger, the same reports switch to statutory output automatically.

Advisor Advisor workspace, rebuilt
Client transactions now live in a work queue with buckets — Needs receipt, Needs category, Review, Waiting, Done — so finished work drops out of sight. The invoice side became a keyboard-first VAT workbench with an honest Approve-All that reports exactly what was approved and what was skipped. The Period tab adds plain-English VAT return preparation (input VAT, output VAT, payable or refund due) and a 10-item pre-export checklist that deep-links straight to the remaining work. A hard receipt gate blocks approving any VAT-carrying invoice without a supporting document — and a one-click receipt request notifies the client in-app (plus email or push, per their preferences).

Advisor Clearing cockpit + smart cohorts
Advisors can now bulk-clear and bulk-categorize client transactions — up to 50 per action, with per-row skip reasons so nothing is silently mis-booked. The cockpit also detects internal transfers between the client's own accounts and owner deposits automatically, shows each suspected pair side by side for review, and books confirmed ones to non-P&L categories so they never inflate income or expenses.

Banking Remove accounts, block IBANs
You can now remove a bank account and block its IBAN, so a mis-read or mis-forwarded statement can't silently recreate it. Blocked IBANs can be listed and unblocked at any time, and affected invoices get their payment status recomputed. Statement imports are also protected against duplicates: re-uploading the same statement file is detected byte-for-byte and skipped — no doubled transactions.

Documents Search inside your documents
Full-text search now reaches inside your documents — vendor names, invoice numbers, line items — while everything stays encrypted: the index stores only keyed one-way fingerprints of words, useless without your company's key. Duplicate uploads now get a clear notice with a link to the original instead of a generic error, and bank-statement imports gained statement-level duplicate protection.

Snap a receipt and follow a guided scan with honest, narrated progress; approve or undo payment matches in the matching inbox; create, rename and organize folders; unlock with Face ID or Touch ID; sign in with Apple or Google. On iPhone, Starter and Business subscriptions can be bought directly in the app.

Your company's private @in.taxiteasy.org forwarding address is now live in production and delivers instantly — attachments arrive via webhook push, with no polling delay. Connected Gmail, Outlook and IMAP inboxes are checked every 15 minutes, and every email is processed exactly once: duplicates are detected and skipped automatically.

Upgrades apply immediately with prorated charging; downgrades take effect at the end of the paid period and show as a clear Scheduled state you can cancel any time before the date. Every billing action now returns a human error message instead of a broken button — an expired subscription routes to resubscribe, a payment problem to the billing portal, and Apple-managed plans say so. Team invites that hit the seat limit now explain exactly why.

Security Google CASA Tier 2 — verified
Formal Google CASA Tier 2 verification completed, ahead of our public Q2 2026 commitment. Closes the assessment that started with the pre-submission hardening on 27 April (token revocation, Svix-signed webhooks, SPF/DKIM, fail-closed encryption) and the cascade-revoke on 8 May. Listed under Certifications; annual re-verification follows the standard Google OAuth schedule.

Account deletion (F10.06 nightly prune) and EmailAccount cascade-delete now also revoke OAuth tokens at Google/Microsoft, not just locally. Closes the CASA Tier 2 "tokens revoked when no longer needed" requirement end-to-end. Best-effort with retry + audit-log per account.
