Users can save up to 3-5 hours per week. Receipt scanning takes about 15 seconds — just open the app, snap a photo, done. Email invoices are processed fully automatically after a one-time setup. Document organization, tax advisor sharing, and payment tracking all happen without any manual effort. The more invoices you process, the more time you save.

You invite your tax advisor by email. They receive a secure link and get their own login with read-only access to your documents. You control exactly which documents they can see, whether they can download files, and how long their access lasts. All their activity is logged.

Security is a top priority. We use strong encryption (AES-256 at rest, TLS in transit), store all data on EU servers, and follow GDPR requirements. Every access is logged, your company's data is isolated from other accounts, and we do not share your data with third parties. Automated nightly backups ensure your data is always recoverable, stored redundantly across separate EU infrastructure.

Our AI is designed to achieve up to 95% accuracy on standard invoices. It recognizes invoice numbers, dates, amounts, VAT rates (e.g. 0%, 7%, 19%, 21%), and individual line items. Low-confidence fields are flagged so you can quickly review and correct them if needed.

Absolutely. No contracts, no lock-in. Cancel anytime and your access continues until the end of your billing period. Your data remains available for export for 30 days after cancellation.
